Europe is my Country (1963) is a survey of the movement towards uniting Europe into a single state, introducing Europe geographically and considering the East-West split. It describes how the European economy recovered after the Second World War through the transfusion of Marshall Aid and how various bodies grew to meet varying administrative needs - OEEC, OECD, GATT, the Council of Europe, EEC, and European defence embodied in NATO.
