Daleik Vaughn is an Adjunct Professor of Residential Property Management in the H. Wayne Huizenga College of Business and Entrepreneurship at Nova Southeastern University, Fort Lauderdale, FL, USA. His teaching covers essential aspects of property management and real estate, including principles, valuation, maintenance, and operational excellence. He is also Founder and CEO of Saivy, a financial technology platform that connects homeowners, financial institutions, home improvement retailers, and maintenance professionals to empower stakeholders and enhance the homeowner experience. He is a seasoned property management professional with over 17 years of experience in the industry. Throughout his career, Daleik has demonstrated exceptional proficiency in managing a diverse portfolio of properties, including single-family homes, multifamily residences, and community associations. His extensive knowledge and hands-on approach have enabled him to successfully navigate the complexities of property management, ensuring both resident satisfaction and property value enhancement. In addition to his practical experience, Daleik holds the licenses as a Florida Real Estate Broker, Michigan Salesperson, Florida Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM) and the international credential of Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA).
