Dr. Amy Chen obtained her bachelor's degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and her medical degree from Wayne State University School of Medicine. After finishing a clinical trials fellowship at the Department of Dermatology, Wright State University School of Medicine, she went on to complete her dermatology residency there, where she also served as the chief resident. Dr. Chen is a founding partner of Central Connecticut Dermatology. Dr. Chen is certified by the American Board of Dermatology and a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology. Dr. Chen's clinical interests include complex medical dermatology, rheumatologic dermatologic diseases, autoimmune blistering disorders, and general dermatology.
