After becoming a victim of Timeshare, the Author did extensive research of laws and how the Timeshare companies are still in operation. The author took several college courses in Paralegal which helped in the research. The book goes in detail of how Timeshare sales people are often violating laws and still remain unaccountable. Ignorance is not bliss and therefore this book needed to be published to give other victims a chance to escape the Timeshare bondage. The typical person and the vast majority of people have no idea of what violations were committed or how to escape. The book is written in a story telling form and entertaining.

After picketing or demonstrating at the Wisconsin state capitol, and then in New York and Washington, DC., the judges backed away. None of them wanted anything to do with someone that is not only correct in his contents or mission, but also not shy of becoming a fool for his cause. He becomes a fighter when someone is wronged and he gets the drive to correct the corruption. During his earlier fights he published three books already. Now he is eager to publicize the information that Timeshare would hate for you to know. All the information presented in this book can be proven, even inside a courtroom if he would ever get that privilege. Years ago he feared the thought of judges and courts, but today he gets an adrenaline rush just thinking about it.
