INGREDIENTS
1 (12-ounce) can SPAM® Classic, cut into cubes
4 large eggs
¼ cup milk
DIRECTIONS
1. In large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat cook SPAM® Classic slices 3 to 5 minutes or until browned and crisped. Remove from skillet.
2. In medium bowl, whisk together eggs and milk. Add to skillet. Cook egg mixture over medium-high heat, pulling with a spatula to allow the liquid to contact the skillet surface, until desired doneness.
3. Serve SPAM® Classic slices with scrambled eggs.
TIME: 30 MINUTES YIELD: 6 SERVINGS
If you want big flavor that doesn't take a big amount of time, this recipe is, well, big. A hearty helping of SPAM® Classic, potatoes, and Cheddar cheese that'll help you start the day in a big way.
2 cups frozen diced or shredded potatoes
½ cup chopped onion
½ cup chopped bell pepper
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
1 (12-ounce) can SPAM® Classic, diced
1 (8-ounce) package frozen fat-free egg product, thawed
¼ teaspoon dried basil
? teaspoon salt
? teaspoon pepper
6 drops hot sauce
¼ cup shredded cheese
1. In large nonstick skillet, cook potatoes, onion, and bell pepper in oil over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, 5 minutes. Add SPAM® Classic; cook and stir 5 minutes longer.
2. In small bowl, combine egg product, basil, salt, black pepper, and hot sauce; blend well. Pour over mixture in skillet; cover. Cook over medium-low heat 8 to 12 minutes or until set. Sprinkle with cheese.

1 (12-ounce) can SPAM®Classic cut into 8 slices
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup chopped cremini mushrooms
1 cup chopped sweet onion
2 cups beef broth
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons cornstarch
3 tablespoons water
4 cups cooked rice
4 eggs, cooked sunny-side up
3 tablespoons chopped Italian parsley
3 tablespoons chopped green onion
¼ cup diced Roma tomato, if desired
1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook SPAM® Classic over medium heat 3 to 5 minutes or until lightly browned and crisp. Remove from skillet.
2. In the same skillet, melt butter. Add mushrooms and onions and cook over medium-high heat for 6 to 8 minutes or until golden brown and tender.
3. Add beef broth and Worcestershire sauce to mushroom mixture; bring to boil.
4. In small bowl, mix cornstarch with water to make a smooth paste. Add to pan, whisking until combined and thickened. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
5. Divide rice among 4 plates. Place 2 SPAM® Classic slices on top of rice. Top with gravy and 1 egg. Garnish with parsley, green onion, and tomato, if desired.

What could be more classic breakfast than a cast-iron skillet full of browned potatoes, cooked bell peppers, and of course, glorious SPAM® Classic? It's the meal that'll have you asking, "Hash anyone started making breakfast yet?"
1 (12-ounce) can SPAM®Classic, diced
2 tablespoons canola oil
1 finely chopped onion
2 large baking potatoes, peeled and diced
½ red bell pepper, chopped
½ green bell pepper, chopped
¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
¼ teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1. In 10-inch cast-iron skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Cook onions 3 minutes or until translucent.
2. Add potatoes and cook 7 to 10 minutes or until golden. Stir in SPAM® Classic and red and green bell peppers, and cook until heated through and browned. Stir in chopped parsley and pepper.

The egg and cheese will remind you that this heavenly creation is in fact a breakfast sandwich. The nori and rice will stop you from ever buying a normal fast-food breakfast sandwich again.
1 (12-ounce) can SPAM® with Real HORMEL® Bacon, cut into 8 slices
4 eggs
2 teaspoons Mirin
1 teaspoon sugar
Salt
2 teaspoons Dashi (optional)
2 teaspoons oil
2 sheets Nori, cut into 8 strips
3 cups cooked sushi rice
Furikake
4 slices Cheddar cheese, cut in half
1. In large skillet, over medium-high heat, cook SPAM® with Real HORMEL® Bacon slices 3 to 5 minutes or until browned.
2. In medium bowl, whisk together eggs, Mirin, sugar, a pinch of salt and Dashi. In large non-stick skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Pour one-third egg mixture into pan. Once eggs start to set, fold it like an omelet onto itself, turning it to the side of the pan, making room to add another one-third amount of egg mixture. Let that amount set and roll omelet in opposite direction to layer together. Repeat with remaining egg mixture to create one layered rolled omelet. Cut into 8 sections.
3. On top of Nori strip, place ? cup rice into Musubi press, or plastic wrap lined SPAM® can and press down. Remove press. Sprinkle rice with Furikake. Top with halved cheese slice and egg portion. Top with one slice of SPAM® with Real HORMEL® Bacon. Wrap Nori around Musubi, moistening edge of Nori to adhere together. Repeat to make 8.
