Having worked for many years in various sales roles such as an interior kitchen designer and then went on to become a professional, working in construction, he decided to pursue other careers. As an ambitious man, he aspired for more and soon worked towards becoming a pro MMA fighter. His first Amateur fight, held sometime in November 2011, was in front of a crowd of a thousand.
