"The most important realization of my life is that we live in a loving universe."
ALBERT EINSTEIN, NOBEL PRIZE WINNER IN PHYSICS
The Order of the Universe
Our world consists of a clearly structured order that can be expressed in numbers, symbols, colours and sounds. The following laws of nature are an expression of this order. They come from the books of William Walker Atkinson.2 We have taken passages or individual sentences from these books or summarized texts. Below you will find the most important laws.
Our life on earth is subject to various laws of nature. These apply to the entire nature in which we live, but of course also to humans themselves and to all living beings. In order to understand how human beings function in their energetic environment, we would first like to introduce these different laws of nature. These laws of nature are described in ancient wisdom traditions and come from traditional sources. For many years, they were only passed on orally and only later written down. Nowadays, theosophical literature offers the opportunity to study these ancient texts and thus gain a deeper insight into the nature of man and the energies surrounding him.
We would now like to briefly introduce the essential and most important 7 laws of nature (or cosmic laws). In the ancient texts, they are sometimes given different names, but you can see that there are many similarities here and we will now try to present these similarities to you briefly.
The cosmos is an organized system consisting of correlating and coordinated parts that form a true unity.
All parts are interdependent, with each individual part having a specific task in relation to the whole.
All these parts form a system. Within this system, all things are defined by mutual relations, so that each part is what it is because of its relationship to the whole.
Everything is related to each other and these relationships are of enormous importance. Each law depends on the other and dependence or relativity is the controlling principle of the universe. The dependence is so absolute that as soon as even the slightest object is disturbed in its position or weight, the outermost edge of the material universe is affected by it.
If we look at nature, we see the same phenomenon in a tree that consists of the trunk, branches, leaves and fruits, but also of invisible parts such as cells, carbon, oxygen, and hydrogen atoms that the human eye cannot see. If homeostasis, the balance in one of the individual parts of the tree, is disturbed, problems and an imbalance in the overall structure occur, which may lead to no fruit forming or even the tree dying. It is similar if we look at the human being as a whole or even individual systems of the human being. If there is an underactive thyroid gland, other hormones are also affected at the same time and there is not only an imbalance within the entire hormone balance, but also disturbances in the control and function of other organ systems.
If the tree falls ill or dies, however, this also has an impact on the surrounding nature. It has an impact on the birds, the insects, the soil, photosynthesis and even the location associated with the tree. If a person becomes ill or dies due to an imbalance in his individual parts, this in turn has an impact on his environment, on his family, on his friends, on his workplace, on the place where he lives, etc.
Thus, all living beings, all plants, animals, humans, but also the minerals and even the smallest living beings such as viruses or bacteria are parts of a great whole, a large unit that is closely connected to each other and is dependent on each other.
The Principle of Composition
Everything in the universe consists of partial components that make a thing what it is in certain compositions. This gives it its own texture and distinguishes it from the other things.
The composition of these subcomponents determines the character. This is the physical and mental characteristics of an individual, which are different in each individual and are constantly changing. Everything is in motion without exception and the relationship of the individual components is always different.
The entire universe is made up of matter, energy, and information. Energy is matter in motion and information corresponds to consciousness. All living beings differ from each other primarily in the degree of their consciousness, but of course also in their energy and in their material aspect. We will discuss this in more detail later.
The entire spectrum of different and diverse forms of matter is solely due to the arrangement and combination of electrons. There are a comparatively small number of factors in nature that can lead to a variety of compositions and arrangements.
In Buddhist teachings, the principle of composition is often mentioned. Let's take the image of a carriage that consists of different components: wheels, body, drawbar, etc., which are assembled in different special ways. If these assembled parts are removed, no carriage itself is left behind. On the other hand, these individual separate parts do not yet make up the carriage, but only through the special composition do they become one carriage together. If these parts and their special composition are missing, nothing remains but the name "carriage".
Everything can be broken down into its partial characteristics and then synthesized again into the totality of its characteristics. The character of natural things is determined by the presence and power of the respective properties in their particular composition and mutual relationships.
The Principle of Interdependence and Coordination
Everything in the cosmos is coordinated and related to everything else, there is nothing unrelated.
No object is independent. Everything depends on each other and dependence, relativity, is the controlling reality in the manifested universe. Each event is related to other events of the same type and class. Furthermore, it follows that every statement about a relative thing is and must be merely relative or comparative and is not absolute.
The Principle of Diversity
In the cosmos, infinite variety and diversity manifest themselves. There are no two things that are absolutely identical.
There is no thing in the cosmos that corresponds exactly to another thing. There are indeed many gradations in similarity, but no absolute equality in form and essence. Evolutionary progress is always accompanied by variations. Part of the cosmic system of laws is to create and maintain variations.
The Principle of Analogy and Correspondence
All activities on one level have their specific analogies and equivalents on every other level. "As above, so below, as within, so without."
Because of this principle, man is able to correctly infer from the known to the unknown.
In the traditions of the ancient wisdom traditions, there are 7 states that matter can occupy, 7 planes of existence, or fields of consciousness. We will be able to read more about this phenomenon later.
One of the 7 hermetic laws of Hermes Trismegistos3 is: "As above, so below, as within, so without." As in the microcosm, so in the macrocosm.
Everything in the cosmos is active and in constant motion. In the whole cosmos and in every single part of it, there is a deeper and all-pervading activity.
There is an underlying and pervasive activity in the cosmos as a whole and in each of its sub-elements that is always at work. The universal presence and...
Dateiformat: ePUBKopierschutz: Wasserzeichen-DRM (Digital Rights Management)
Systemvoraussetzungen:
