Dr. Jatinder Kumar Ratan is currently working as Associate Professor in Department of Chemical Engineering, and Associate Dean (Faculty Welfare) at Dr B R Ambedkar National Institute of Technology Jalandhar-144011 (India)-An Institute of National Importance of Government of India. He is a gold medalist in Master of Technology (Chemical Engineering) and holds a Ph.D. degree in the field of photocatalysis. He has almost twenty years of research and teaching experience both at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. His research areas are applied photocatalysis, pollution abatement and computational fluid dynamics. During his academic career, he has published as many as 40 research articles in reputed journals, covering the contemporary developments in applied photocatalysis. He has almost 60 publications to his credit in national and international conferences. In addition, he has authored two books with reputed international publishers, besides three book chapters on different aspects of chemical engineering. He has been granted three IPRs (one Patent; one Design; one Copyright), and two more patents are in pipeline as of now. He has one technology transfer to his credit for manufacture of air purifier, which was launched commercially in November, 2020. He is the recipient of 'Outstanding Young Chemical Engineer' Award by the Indian Institute of Chemical Engineers (IIChE). He has been conferred with Best Teacher Award in the year 2020. He has served on various administrative positions at National Institute of Technology Jalandhar, viz. Associate Dean (Research and Consultancy), Associate Dean (Faculty Welfare), Deputy Chief Warden, Deputy Registrar (Academics), etc. He is on the editorial board of various Chemical and Environmental Engineering journals. He has also served as Guest Editor to Journal of Indian Chemical Society (Elsevier); Environment Technology and Innovations (Elsevier); Environment Science and Pollution Research (Springer); and Nanotechnology for Environmental Engineering (Springer), etc.
Dr. Deepak Sahu is currently working as Assistant Professor in the Department of Chemical Engineering, Dr B R Ambedkar National Institute of Technology Jalandhar-144011 (India). He obtained Ph.D. from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee, India, in the field of Chemical Process Safety and Hazard Management. He did M.Tech. from Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee, India, in Chemical Engineering with specialization in Computer-Aided Process Plant Design and B.Tech. in Chemical Engineering from Jiwaji University Gwalior, MP (India).
He has about six years of experience in Research & Development and Education in India. His research interest in the field of chemical process safety, risk assessment, fire and explosion, computational fluid dynamics and waste to energy. He has published several papers and book chapters in the peer-reviewed International journal and conferences in the field of chemical process safety and fire and explosion, computational fluid dynamics. He has received Fellow of Indian Chemical Society-Kolkata (India) and also a life member of Indian Chemical Society-Kolkata (India).
Dr. Anjireddy Bhavanam is currently working as Assistant Professor in Chemical Engineering Department at NIT Jalandhar, Punjab. He obtained Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from NIT Warangal in 2015, M.Tech. in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering from NIT Warangal in 2009 and B.Tech. in Chemical Engineering from Acharya Nagarjuna University in 2007. Prior to joining NIT Jalndhar in 2018, he was National Postdoctoral Fellow in the department of Chemical Engineering at IIT Guwahati, where he was involved in a DST-SERB NPDF project on potential reaction pathways and kinetics of catalytic co-pyrolysis of lignocellulosic biomass and waste plastics in producing value added products.
At NIT Jalandhar, his research focuses on thermochemical conversion of a variety of feedstocks such as biomass, waste plastics, refuse derived fuels (RDF), municipal solid wastes (MSW) and lignin to liquid fuels, chemicals and materials. His other areas of research includes complex reaction kinetics of biomass conversion processes, composite materials and corrosion. He has published research articles in various reputed journals like Bioresource Technology, Renewable Energy, and Fuel, etc. He has two book chapters and more than 20 conference papers. He is Reviewer of various journals like Waste Management & Research, Bioresource Technology, Energy Conversion and Management, ACS Omega and Journal of Industrial Textiles, etc. He is a life member of The Biotech Research Society, India.
Dr. Nitin Naresh Pandhare is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Chemical Engineering, at Dr. B. R. Ambedkar National Institute of Technology Jalandhar-144011 (India)-An Institute of National Importance ofGovernment of India. He did his masters from IIT Kharagpur and Ph.D. from IIT Roorkee in the field of chemical engineering. His research areas are heterogeneous catalysis, biomass conversion to value added products and pollution abatement.

Das Dateiformat PDF zeigt auf jeder Hardware eine Buchseite stets identisch an. Daher ist eine PDF auch für ein komplexes Layout geeignet, wie es bei Lehr- und Fachbüchern verwendet wird (Bilder, Tabellen, Spalten, Fußnoten). Bei kleinen Displays von E-Readern oder Smartphones sind PDF leider eher nervig, weil zu viel Scrollen notwendig ist. Mit Wasserzeichen-DRM wird hier ein „weicher” Kopierschutz verwendet. Daher ist technisch zwar alles möglich – sogar eine unzulässige Weitergabe. Aber an sichtbaren und unsichtbaren Stellen wird der Käufer des E-Books als Wasserzeichen hinterlegt, sodass im Falle eines Missbrauchs die Spur zurückverfolgt werden kann.
