This edited volume presents the key unresolved debates in monetary macroeconomics, covering the five topics of budget, trade, taxes, exchange rates and monetary policy. Steven Pressman is Adjunct Professor of Economics at the New School for Social Research in New York, and Professor Emeritus of Economics and Finance at Monmouth University in West Long Branch, New Jersey. In addition, he serves as Associate Editor of the Review of Political Economy. For over two decades he served as Book Review Editor and Associate Editor of the Eastern Economic Journal as well as the Treasurer of the Eastern Economic Association, and has served as President of the Association for Social Economics.

Daher ist eine PDF auch für ein komplexes Layout geeignet, wie es bei Lehr- und Fachbüchern verwendet wird (Bilder, Tabellen, Spalten, Fußnoten). Bei kleinen Displays von E-Readern oder Smartphones sind PDF leider eher nervig, weil zu viel Scrollen notwendig ist. Mit Wasserzeichen-DRM wird hier ein „weicher” Kopierschutz verwendet. Daher ist technisch zwar alles möglich – sogar eine unzulässige Weitergabe. Aber an sichtbaren und unsichtbaren Stellen wird der Käufer des E-Books als Wasserzeichen hinterlegt, sodass im Falle eines Missbrauchs die Spur zurückverfolgt werden kann.
