In a nod to Dickens' A Christmas Carol, Hurry Home for Christmas is a romantic, family-oriented tale of redemption in the holiday season.
Eve Noel Nolan has spent longer than she can remember giving the Christmas Spirit the cold shoulder. For this reason, she avoids returning to her smalltown home of Connor Falls during the holidays. This year, however, she is unable to fashion a good reason to stay away. Between her gregarious family, the odd dream or two, and the appearance of man with the improbable name of Jacob Marley, her life is headed for a big change.

In her writing career, Robin Maderich has been both traditionally and self-published. She has written contemporary and historical romance under her own name, and paranormal suspense as Celia Ashley. Her books have been published by Kensington, the former Warner Books and an indie publisher. The publishing rights to one of her historical romances, Once and Always (written as Alyssa Deane), were sold and translated with profoundly different covers in Russia, Denmark, France and Germany. She self-publishes the smalltown Connor Falls Christmas Series under the umbrella of Potter Street Books. As she often explains, she began writing romance at the request of an editor through her former agent, and found she was good at it. However, she has also happily returned to writing for the young adult and middle-grade reader. She is quite thrilled by her publishing debut as a young adult author with The Shadows We Make, penned as Jo Allen Ash.
