Sebastian Kot, Ph.D., is currently Associate Professor in management and supply chain management in the Faculty of Management, Czestochowa University of Technology, Poland. He has published 215 papers with more than 6,600 citations and H-index of 45 in Google Scholar; more than 140 papers with 3,200 citations and H-index of 31 in Scopus; and having over 25 years of teaching, research, and managerial experience in higher education. He is Extraordinary Professor in the North-West University, South Africa. He is Co-Founder and the Editor-in-Chief of Polish Journal of Management Studies (Scopus Q3). He is Member of editorial boards and Reviewer of numerous journals. His scientific interest includes supply chain management, SME management and development, logistics, transportation as well as scientometrics. Bilal Khalid, Ph.D., is currently Assistant Professor at KMITL Business School, Bangkok. Dr. Khalid's research interests include entrepreneurship, immigrant and gender entrepreneurship, Industry 4.0, leadership and negotiations, digital transformations, gamification, eLearning, blockchain, big data, smart farming, smart cities and emerging markets, and information technology management. He has published 39 articles with 1604 citations and H-index of 21 in Google Scholar and 37 articles with 903 citations and H-index of 18 in Scopus; Dr. Bilal Khalid also serves as Academic Editor at Journal of Computer Networks and Communications, Education Research International, Journal of Small Business and Enterprise Development, and Journal of Tourism and Services and also Reviewer for several Scopus and Web of Science indexed journals.
Adnan ul Haque, Ph.D., holds a D.B.A. in organizational behaviour from the University of Wales Trinity Saint David, UK. He received Best PG Research Student Award from University of Sunderland (MBA-HRM), PGD in business and management, UK, and diploma in research and leadership, University of Copenhagen. He has secured distinctions in M.P.A. and B.P.A. (Hons) from University of Karachi, Pakistan. Currently, he is Professor of business at Yorkville University, Canada. He is Corporate Trainer, Consultant, Guest Editor, and Keynote Presenter. He has published 99 articles with 3548 citations and H-index of 36 in Google Scholar and 61 articles with 1161 citations and H-index of 22 in Scopus.

Das Dateiformat PDF zeigt auf jeder Hardware eine Buchseite stets identisch an. Daher ist eine PDF auch für ein komplexes Layout geeignet, wie es bei Lehr- und Fachbüchern verwendet wird (Bilder, Tabellen, Spalten, Fußnoten). Bei kleinen Displays von E-Readern oder Smartphones sind PDF leider eher nervig, weil zu viel Scrollen notwendig ist. Mit Wasserzeichen-DRM wird hier ein „weicher” Kopierschutz verwendet. Daher ist technisch zwar alles möglich – sogar eine unzulässige Weitergabe. Aber an sichtbaren und unsichtbaren Stellen wird der Käufer des E-Books als Wasserzeichen hinterlegt, sodass im Falle eines Missbrauchs die Spur zurückverfolgt werden kann.
