The Law of Succession

The law of succession is a rich and vibrant subject. It covers the law on wills and intestacy, probate and the administration of estates, and estate taxation. Given that this topic is a key component in the SQE1 and SQE2 exams, the law of succession is likely to grow further in importance and popularity amongst law students.
