Rohan Gunaratna is a Professor of Security Studies at the Nanyang Technological University in Singapore, where he founded the International Centre for Political Violence and Terrorism Research at the S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies. Rohan received his doctorate from the University of St Andrews where he was British Chevening Scholar.
C. Nna-Emeka Okereke is a continental counterterrorism expert with the Irregular Warfare Centre - National Defence College, Nigeria and a Visiting Professor in the Department of International Relations, Coal City University, Enugu (Nigeria). Nna-Emeka holds a PhD in Political Science (International Relations) from the University of Nigeria Nsukka.
