"Occupational therapy in Canada stands at a pivotal juncture, where the importance of effective collaboration between occupational therapists (OTs) and occupational therapist assistants (OTAs) cannot be overstated. Heather Gillespie, whose extensive career and contributions have significantly shaped the discourse on OT-OTA collaboration, is a prominent figure in this endeavor.
