Cancer is the deadliest disease of all, regardless of the type of malignancy. Millions of people worldwide die every year of cancer. The early detection of cancer increases the patient's chances of survival significantly. Unfortunately, most of the cancer patients are diagnosed in the final stages of the disease. In later stages, the tumor has spread tremendously, leaving no better treatment options for either stopping the metastasis or complete removal of cancer. Recently, artificial intelligence and deep learning have shown major significance in solving this issue. Accordingly, this book focuses on using artificial intelligence techniques for diagnosing lung and kidney cancer. It's main aim is to help advance scientific research within the field. The book focuses on major trends and challenges in this area, and it presents work aimed to identify new techniques and their use in biomedical analysis.
