This volume introduces scales for measuring organizational spirituality culture and climate. Based on interviews with employees, the chapters present empirical studies confirming the scales' validity and reliability, rooted in principles aligned with Biblical concepts of love. Bruce E. Winston is Professor of Business and Leadership at Regent University, USA. He previously served as Dean of the School of Leadership Studies. He has authored and edited several books related to biblical approaches to modern management.
