Tracy has helped thousands of individuals and leaders leverage Polarity Intelligence in their quest to create healthy, healing, collaborative work cultures and environments. She is a frequent speaker at national and international leadership conferences on the topics of Polarity Intelligence, Work?Life Balance, and Healthy Work Environments. Tracy resides in Northern Michigan with her husband, Jerry.
