Eduardo Anitua, MD, DDS, PhD is Director of the Instituto Eduardo Anitua, Vitoria, Spain. He has lectured at more than 500 courses and conferences on implants, prosthesis, dental aesthetics and tissue regeneration in Spain and abroad in Europe, United States, South America and Asia. Mikel Sanchez, MD is scientific director and medical Unit Arthroscopic Surgery (UCA) of Vithas Hospital San José, Vitoria-Gasteiz. In addition to the UCA, he was the founder of the first unit Biological Therapy (UTB) in Vitoria-Gasteiz. Daher ist eine PDF auch für ein komplexes Layout geeignet, wie es bei Lehr- und Fachbüchern verwendet wird (Bilder, Tabellen, Spalten, Fußnoten). Bei kleinen Displays von E-Readern oder Smartphones sind PDF leider eher nervig, weil zu viel Scrollen notwendig ist. Mit Wasserzeichen-DRM wird hier ein „weicher” Kopierschutz verwendet. Daher ist technisch zwar alles möglich – sogar eine unzulässige Weitergabe.
