Zvosec was hired at St Francis College in New York at the age of 27. Three seasons later he was hired to build the University of North Florida Division 1 program from scratch. Four years later he was hired by the University of Missouri - Kansas City. The UMKC Kangaroos had their most successful seasons under Coach Zvosec. Rich has never shied away from hard work which is apparent in everything he does.
