Health and Physical Education for Years 7 and 8

Health and Physical Education for Years 7 and 8 aims to promote an understanding of: physical activity; health; human movement; safety;food and nutrition; human development and human relations Special emphasis is placed on the physical, social and emotional issues concerning young adolescents. The Curriculum Standards Framework (CSF) and the National Profiles provide the basis for the material presented in this book, under the key learning area 'Health and Physical Education'.
