The Tree

Over 100 of Britain's artists, photographers and writers have collaborated on this book which is designed to celebrate the magic of trees and woodland. In photographs, paintings, words and even embroidery, the book captures the beauty of our living skyline. Recently it has been shown that trees are fragile - vulnerable to acid rain, Dutch elm disease, gales and developers. The Woodland Trust is at the forefront of the battle to save our trees, and all royalties from this book will be used to further their efforts to purchase and preserve threatened woodlands.
