The Practitioners' Treatise on International Joint Ventures

Twenty years ago (1995), Kluwer Law International published the first of A Guide to International Joint Ventures. The welcome reception given by the law profession resulted in the author through the years expanding and including more material, always combining theory with practical experience. The first edition was succeeded by second (1999) and third (2011) editions.
