Serve United

Serve United is a book for pastors in churches that desire genuine unity within the center of their ministry leadership. Included within this book is a biblical basis for shared-leadership found within both the Old and New Testaments of the Scripture. This text includes ministry tools like a spiritual assessment questionnaire and preaching/teaching messages that pastors can use to recruit future ministry leaders. Pastoral leaders should not be expected to serve alone and this text provides the rationale for developing partners in ministry.
