The authors use an extended case study of a soft drinks manufacturers to stimulate debate about ethical issues in business. Students are asked to assess a variety of memos which might be found in the in-tray of any company manager and to suggest strategies for action. All the memos cover subjects of ethical interest. Two real companies are also examined in depth. This book is designed for students on any business related course for 16-19 year-olds and is especially relevant to the BTEC National core module "People in Organisations".
