The Sleep Disorders Institute specialises in lucid dream therapy. It offers a privileged few the chance to manipulate their dreams and live out their most secret fantasies in the private refuge of deep sleep. But something is going terribly wrong...A female patient is strangled. A local couple are slaughtered in their home. And the unnerving, distant buzz of a chainsaw claws through a moonlit night.
