Conflict, People and Power: Extension Pack

This extention pack is designed for Key Stage 3 and provides a resource for teaching and learning about the issues and events that characterized medieval Britain. The pack includes photocopiable activities such as an investigation of whether Robin Hood really existed, a medieval police report about the murder of Thomas Becket and a template for pupils to "build" their own castles. All of the activities are self-supporting and so are ideal for homework assignments or additional classroom work. The foundation sheets are designed to reinforce the issues and topics taught in lessons, and build towards activities that also extend lower ability pupils' knowledge and understanding.
