Cytokines / The Biology of PDGF - Platelet-Derived Growth Factor

Recent years have witnesssed a tremendous growth of data on platelet-derived growth factor (PDGF), a cytokine which is likely to be an important signal substance in growth, development and tissue repair mechanisms. This volume brings together what is known about the structure, function and signal transduction pathway of PDGF.
