Navigating EU Privacy and Data Protection Laws

W. Gregory Voss is a Professor of Business Law at theUniversity of Toulouse, Toulouse Business School (TBS). He is currentlyCo-Chair of the American Bar Association Section of International Law'sPrivacy, E-Commerce, and Data Security Committee, and was a Past Chair of theSection's International Intellectual Property Rights Committee. Katherine Woodcock is the Associate GeneralCounsel for Privacy and Security at Nike, and specializes in privacy and dataprotection and commercial and information technology law. She is currently Co-Chair of the American BarAssociation Section of International Law's Privacy, E-Commerce, and DataSecurity Committee.
