European Agreement Concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Inland Waterways (ADN): Final Act of the Conference - Agreement and Annexed Regulations

The agreement was adopted at a conference held in May 2000 under the auspices of the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE) and the Central Commission for the Navigation on the Rhine (CCNR). This two-volume publication includes the Final Act of the conference, the Resolution adopted, the Agreement and the annexed Regulations, as revised as of 1 January 2003. It presents information on the provisions concerning: dangerous substances and articles; the carriage of dangerous goods in packages or in bulk; and the carriage of dangerous goods in tank vessels. It also covers the procedures concerning inspections, the issue of certificates and authorizations; as well as general and supplementary transitional provisions.
