Contemporary Global Issues in Human Resource Management

Mehmet Ali TURKMENOGLU received his MSc in Human Resource Management from University of Surrey in 2012. He then pursued his PhD degree in Brunel University London in Management Research. He received his PhD by successfully defending his thesis in June 2016. He is currently working in an assistant professorship position in faculty of economic and administrative sciences in Mus Alparslan University, Turkey. Dr. Berat Cicek received his Bachelor degree in Tourism Management at Akdeniz University in 2007. Then, he completed his MA and PhD in Management and Organization at Inonu University in 2012 and 2016, respectively. With an academic career that spans over 10 years, the author actively conducts research focusing on human resources management, leadership, and behaviours at work from comparative, relational, and interdisciplinary perspectives. Dr. Cicek has published over 30 papers in recognized journals and conferences. The author currently works as an Assistant Professor of Management and Organization in the Faculty of Administrative and Economics at Mus Alparslan University, Turkey.
