Sebnem Tosunoglu is head of the Department of Public Finance at the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Anadolu University. She received her PhD in Public Finance from Anadolu University in 2004. Her research interests include public financial management, public debt, the European Union's budget and financial system, international public finance, and Türkiye's tax policies. She has authored books and book chapters and has published widely in national and international journals. Tosunoglu teaches undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral courses in public finance, fiscal policy, tax policy, public debt, and debt management.
Süleyman Kasal works in the field of Public Finance at the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Anadolu University. He earned his PhD in 2021 with a dissertation on fiscal-policy uncertainty and its macroeconomic consequences. His research focuses on fiscal policy, sovereign debt, and financial markets. Kasal teaches courses on public debt, public finance, and tax policy at undergraduate and graduate levels and has published numerous articles in national and international journals.
