An ecosystemic framework for analysing evidence-informed policy systems for agricultural transformation

Most of the world's low-income economies are in Africa: they find themselves at the initial stages of agricultural transformation, which cash-strapped public budgets struggle to support. This technical study relies on ecological science and social network analysis to determine the type of evidence-based policymaking that would promote such transformation in Benin.
