He is a children's nurse, health visitor, independent prescriber and advanced nurse practitioner, and a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. Megan is an Assistant Professor in children and young people's nursing and is an equality, diversity and inclusion facilitator for the Faculty of Health Studies. She started working at the University of Bradford in November 2021.
