Surgical Principles

In the face of massive changes occurring in all branches of surgical practice and technology, it is important to remember the basic surgical principles which underpin the infrastructure of all surgical expertise. Colleges of Surgeons and assessment boards throughout the world have reviewed and revised all aspects of surgical curricula and training.
