MGA

Introduced in 1955 as a replacement for the ailing TF Midget, the MGA won instant acclaim. Its modern, streamlined appearance and excellent handling marked the start of a new, highly successful era for the MG name. The 100,000th MGA left Abingdon in March 1962, but was soon replaced by the MGB.
