Investigating Microbiology

This lab manual contains a combination of traditional and investigative experiments that cover the range of topics most commonly taught in a microbiology course. All of the fundamental techniques and stains are included as well as nine experiments that permit students to develop their own projects. An instructor's manual is also available to lecturers and teaching staff who have decided to adopt the textbook.
