A Primer in Ophthalmology

This text is designed as an introduction to the ophthalmic skills and knowledge base necessary for competent general medical practice of ophthalmology, as recommended by the Association of University Professors of Ophthalmology (AUPO) guidelines on medical student education. Readers are exposed to common ocular clinical patterns and those skills necessary to diagnose, manage and/or refer those conditions as needed. The book is intended for ophthalmology students.
