Before my fifteen or so years at H.O.T.A. as a Trainer /Assessor I spent thirty-eight years with BP; seven of those as their Instrument/Electrical Training Officer in charge of all Instrument and Electrical Training and part of their Team in their Training Department where I obtained my Training and Assessing Qualifications.
