Cross-Border Insolvency

Forum Internationale, a foundation under Dutch law, invites speakers from abroad for their seminars. The topics on which the speakers are invited to lecture extend over commercial law in its widest sense and commercial arbitration. When inviting speakers from outside the Netherlands, the Board of the Foundation looks for current and innovative subjects.
