Common Heritage

Through the accounts of its eight contributors, each a notable individual in either India or Pakistan, Common Heritage makes an important statement by highlighting the affinities, common past, and friendships between the two neighbouring peoples. It recalls life in the subcontinent as it was before the bitterness of politics marred human relationaships between the major communities of pre-partition India.
