Hyenas

There has always been a distinction between villains. Charlie Seiga never beat up old men or defenceless women, but the old-style villain has long gone. Now the streets are full of marauding criminals with no morals, dignity or loyalty. These are the people who got to Seiga. They call themselves the Hyenas and they venture out at night like a gang of scavengers to carry out their so-called work.
