Enzyme Handbook

The Enzyme Handbook is a concise and complete description of about 3000 enzymes sufficiently well characterized for application in analytical, synthetic and biotechnology processes. The sheets for presently charac- terized enzymes will be published at a frequency of one volume (approx. 200 datasheets) per quarter. After the Enzyme Handbook is complete, revised data sheets and newly characterized enzyme information will be pub- lished at a frequency of approximately 200 data sheets per year (based on the present literature evaluation). Standing orders for the 10 volume series plus up-dates are recommended.
