Mr. Schnepp is a current member of the NFPA 472 Technical Committee on Hazardous Materials Response Personnel, and is a former hazardous materials team manager for California Task Force 4, FEMA Urban Search and Rescue team.With a variety of published works covering several fire service topics, including numerous articles in Fire Engineering Magazine, Mr. Schnepp is also an established author.
