Continuous Casting

The Continuous Casting 2000 symposium maintained the tradition established in 1976 of holding events at regular intervals. This millennium event, however, was the first international meeting in this series. The aim is to highlight the importance of continuous casting - of aluminium, copper and magnesium - to the international fabricating industry. The focus is on technological advances in continuous casting in all the sectors which are important for the manufacture of high quality continuous cast products.
