Socially Responsible Investment

The current corporate social responsibility debate on the ethical, social and ecological significance and responsibility of companies are significantly determined by two central concepts - sustainable development and shareholder value. One idea that contains both concepts is that of the socially responsible investment. How socially responsible investment works, how it is legally classified, and which regulations build the framework that allows and limits socially responsible investment are described in detail in this work.
 
Die gegenwärtige Corporate Social Responsibility-Debatte über die ethische, soziale und ökologische Bedeutung und Verantwortung von Unternehmen wird maßgeblich bestimmt durch zwei Leitideen - nachhaltige Entwicklung und Shareholder Value. Ein Konzept, das beide Leitideen beinhaltet ist Socially Responsible Investment. Wie Socially Responsible Investment funktioniert, wie es rechtlich einzuordnen ist und welche Vorschriften den Rahmen bilden, der Socially Responsible Investment ermöglicht und begrenzt, wird in diesem Werk ausführlich erläutert.
