International Symposium on the Recent Progress of Ultra-High Energy Cosmic Ray Observation

Recent progress in ultra-high energy cosmic ray research was reviewed. Experimental results from HiRes, Auger, Telescope Array and LHCf were reported. Future plans in this field such as
