Swiss Justice in Comparison

What are the operating principles of the jurisdiction of Switzerland? By applying the model of the «regulatory pyramid», a conceptual framework developed by Richard Devlin and Adam Dodek in their book «Regulating Judges - Beyond Independence and Accountability» (2016), this study assesses the position of Swiss judges and courts.
