Charles Russo is the Joseph Panzer Chair in Education at the University of Dayton, Ohio, and an adjunct professor of law at Dayton. He is well recognized authority in education law, and he has been a visiting professor at nine universities around the world. In 2008 was honored with the title of extraordinary professor at North-West University, Potchefstroom Campus, South Africa. He continues to travel all over the world as an invited speaker at conferences and lectures. He has hundreds of peer reviewed journal articles and more than 30 edited and authored books, including the annual Yearbook of Education Law published by the Education Law Association.
