Anna, initially troubled by her bizarre childhood and apparently dysfunctional marriage, emerges from therapy to find joyous distraction in the rediscovery of the architectural, historical and cultural attractions of London, Brighton and Bath, and two important friendships. She spend hours in various cafes and cafe-bars locked in conversation with old friend Anton - whom she truly loves - and exchanging impassioned letters with Steve; a long-standing acquaintance, recently re-encountered. Then at a trendy West End Private view, she meets the attractive, intriguing Andrei... But perhaps all is not quite as it seems with any of her suitors? This is an unusual love story and a moving journey of discovery.
