Jeff Rotman's speciality is macro-photography - extreme close-ups of underwater life which turn natural history into abstract images: eyes peeping out of the darkness, the sensual dance of the anemone tentacle, the geometric shapes that cover the sea bed, and the infinately small sectrets of the deep seas. This work showcases the best of Rotman's work, presented along with a text which tells the story of the artist, his underwater adventures and technical procedures which have combined into an original perception of life on earth.
